Full refunds are available for subscription plans within 30 days of purchase. We calculate refunds based on unused time and audit credits remaining in your account.
Individual audit purchases can be refunded if there were technical issues preventing completion or if the audit results were incomplete due to our service errors.
We promptly refund any billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized payments. These refunds are processed immediately upon verification.
