Subscription Refunds

Full refunds are available for subscription plans within 30 days of purchase. We calculate refunds based on unused time and audit credits remaining in your account.

  • Pro plan subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 30 days
  • Enterprise plans: Prorated refund based on unused portion
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund calculated on remaining months
One Day Plan Refunds

Individual audit purchases can be refunded if there were technical issues preventing completion or if the audit results were incomplete due to our service errors.

Billing Error Refunds

We promptly refund any billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized payments. These refunds are processed immediately upon verification.

  • Failed cancellations that resulted in charges
Important Information

Refund Timeline: Most refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional days.

Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods.

Account Access: For subscription refunds, access to premium features will be revoked immediately upon refund processing.

Documentation: Please provide your order confirmation email or transaction ID when requesting refunds for faster processing.
